Measure What Matters. State What Is Known
Following the path from discovery to follow-through, FCHome's public impact story distinguishes current project assets, documented activities, information awaiting verification, and outcomes that require responsible pilots.
A Transparent Resource-To-Route Demo
Public provider links and explicit placeholders show the workflow without presenting availability as live.
Outreach, Food Access, Presentations, And Product Milestones
Walkathons, food access partnerships, conference presentations, and beta testing are documented with partner names and totals on the Events page. FCHome also won 1st place in California's 18th Congressional District at the Congressional App Challenge, and Patelco Credit Union now sponsors the platform's ongoing maintenance.
650+ People Stably Housed
More than 650 people have reached stable housing, and over 1,700 free transit passes have been distributed. Operations now span California, Missouri, and Georgia through 10 shelter partnerships and a 15-member team of students and adults.
Access Outcomes Need An Ethical Pilot
Follow-through, route clarity, and support-plan outcomes should be measured with consent and partner review before publication. Planned work includes Anticipatory Housing Action, a predictive housing-risk model with a paper accepted to the International Journal on Homelessness, and expansion beyond California, Missouri, and Georgia toward all fifty states.
Help FCHome Evaluate Access Responsibly
Pilot partners can support resource verification, mobility testing, ethical measurement, and documentation that makes future impact claims credible.
